Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategies to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing contract renewals and resolving any client issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in Strategy Development and Business Analysis
  • Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the creative or digital industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
