Their mission is to make outbound a reliable growth engine through the power of intelligent automation and expert account management.
Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager (VIP Accounts) will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on relationship management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to deliver measurable results and business impact.
You'll lead weekly strategy calls, monitor key metrics, and collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable outcomes and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
Develop engaging, brand-aligned content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Write compelling copy for product descriptions, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Edit and refine content to ensure optimal performance across various channels, including social media, email, and the web.
Social Media Management
Manage the posting schedule to maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
Curate posts, reels, and stories to strengthen audience engagement and drive traffic.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth.
Paid Advertising Content
Collaborate with the marketing team to create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
Ensure paid ad content resonates with target audiences and follows optimization best practices.
Support ad copywriting and creative design to drive conversions effectively.
Reporting & Insights
Track and report on content performance and social media engagement.
Use performance insights to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years in B2B SaaS account management or customer success.
Proven success managing VIP or enterprise client relationships with measurable ROI.
Experience driving retention, renewals, and upsells.
Familiarity with outbound campaign strategy, sequencing, and personalization.
Experience collaborating with technical or GTM delivery teams.
Skills
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Ability to interpret and translate performance metrics into business insights.
Proficient in CRM and communication tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and Intercom.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background in lead generation, SaaS, or marketing services is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize client success processes.
