We are hiring a
Junior Client Success Specialist
who will work closely with clients from the moment they sign up — handling contracts, onboarding, merchant setup, support, and follow-ups.
You will be the key person ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, fully trained, satisfied, and actively using our systems.
This role is perfect for
fresh graduates or junior candidates
who are organized, confident with clients, and eager to grow in customer success, onboarding, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Contracts, Invoices & Payment Follow-Up
- Send service contracts and invoices to clients.
- Follow up on clients to collect service fees and signed agreements.
- Handle cash application: verify bank receipts and activate/renew services.
Client Onboarding & Merchant Setup
- Set up new merchants and complete all required configurations.
- Conduct onboarding meetings for new clients.
- Provide learning/training sessions to ensure clients fully understand the system.
Client Support & Communication
- Respond to client inquiries, questions, and service requests.
- Resolve non-technical issues directly (e.g., settings, wrong data, merchant config).
- Escalate technical issues requiring code changes to the Product Owner and follow up until resolved.
- Support Sales by answering product-related questions and assisting with client needs.
Product Feedback & Improvements
- Collect new feature requests from clients and submit them to the Product Owner.
- Suggest improvements or enhancements based on client feedback or challenges.
- Follow up on feature requests and keep clients updated.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports including:
- Clients who have not paid
- Clients not fully onboarded
- Pending merchant setups
- Support cases
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and status.
- Reports for renewals
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, computer science, IT, or related field
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic + English)
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Ability to learn systems and configurations quickly
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or client support
- Basic familiarity with payment systems or onboarding processes
- Understanding of CRM or ticketing tools (Jira, HubSpot, etc.)
