Customer Success Specialist is required to join us at Bevatel Company for unified communication Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve any issues facing the clients.
- Develop and manage project timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal teams on project status and progress.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Software.
- Fluent in English is MUST.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a Software house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
