Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Marketing Specialist will execute and support various marketing activities, such as conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating marketing content, coordinating with internal teams, engaging with customers, and providing customer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The selected candidate will also contribute to enhancing IEC's market presence through effective communication strategies and thorough research.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build effective relationships and address client needs.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Strategy to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic marketing tools and software is an advantage.
