Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Client Relations professional based in New Cairo. The Senior Client Relations role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. This role includes proactively identifying and understanding customer needs while fostering trust and loyalty to enhance the client experience. The Senior Client Relations professional will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Client Relations, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Support skills for clear and effective interaction
  • Problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
