Location: Mazeej Rooftop (Cairo) | Department: Guest Relations

Reports To: Guest Relations Manager

Your Role:

As a Hostess & Guest Relations Executive, you'll be the welcoming face of Mazeej Rooftop creating the first impression that sets the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. From greeting and seating to managing reservations and guest inquiries, your presence ensures every guest feels genuinely valued.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and seat guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.

Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.

Coordinate closely with the floor, bar, and service teams to maintain seamless flow.

Handle VIP guests and special requests with attention and discretion.

Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a proactive attitude.

Maintain an inviting, organized reception and host stand area.

Support the Guest Relations team in delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a Hostess or in Guest Relations (hospitality, or fine dining preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and a passion for service.

Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

Positive energy, team spirit, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
