  • Handle the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and three-way matching with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Prepare payment runs (checks, bank transfers and wires) accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile vendor statements regularly, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update vendors master data with accuracy and completeness.
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing accruals, journal entries, and AP reports.
