Role Description

We are seeking a Furniture Sales Associate to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist customers in finding the perfect furniture to fit their needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations on our product offerings, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include guiding clients through their purchase decisions, managing transactions, and actively supporting retail sales goals through excellent service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven experience in Retail Sales with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Furniture products and their features.
  • Proficiency in relationship building and maintaining a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in furniture or retail sales is a plus.
  • bachelor degree or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial.
  • 2–4 years of experience in furniture or product sales.
