Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Furniture Retail Manager. The Furniture Retail Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership to the staff and driving overall operational efficiency within the store.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Customer Satisfaction expertise and the ability to create a positive in-store experience.
  • Team Management skills to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed retail sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
