Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Freight Forwarder at Midas Furniture. Responsibilities include managing and organizing freight forwarding and transportation processes, coordinating export shipments, and providing exemplary customer service support. The Freight Forwarder will ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and logistics teams. Problem-solving and attention to detail will be key in monitoring shipments and managing documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding processes for
    at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of Export and Freight Transportation operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent in
    English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with relevant industry tools and software is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the furniture or logistics industries is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly advantageous
