Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader - Technical Office will oversee the technical aspects of projects, manage and lead a team, ensure efficient project planning, coordination, and execution, and handle troubleshooting of technical challenges. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising workflows, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project tasks.

****Key Responsibilities:**


• Manage and lead the architectural technical office team.


• Review, validate, and approve all architectural shop drawings.


• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve technical conflicts.


• Prepare and review material submittals, RFIs, and technical reports.


• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.


• Follow up with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and progress.


• Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.


• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and senior team members.


• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and project strategy discussions.

**Requirements:**


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.


• **10+ years of experience** in technical office work within architectural or construction projects.


• Excellent command of **Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD**, and related technical tools.


• Strong background in **shop drawings**, coordination, and technical detailing.


• Previous experience in **real estate development or design projects** is preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
