Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Team Leader at RAYA CX. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating a team, ensuring team performance metrics are met, and handling escalations. Effective communication and coordination with other departments are also crucial. This is an on-site role based in Cairo.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle customer service and technical support functions
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in customer experience management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
