Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor team performance and motivate members to reach goals.
- Train and enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales performance indicators.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales (preferably in training or service sectors).
