We Are Hiring – Team Leader (Business Setup, Investment Services & Sales)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

About Us

Nosob is a leading firm specialized in company formation, investment licensing, sales, and business consulting services. We provide integrated solutions that support investors and companies in establishing and expanding their operations efficiently and professionally.

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader to oversee our Business Setup & Sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination with government entities, driving sales performance, and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

Business Setup & Government Liaison


• Lead and supervise the Business Setup team.


• Obtain Investment Licenses from the Ministry of Investment (MISA).


• Handle Commercial Registration (CR) issuance.


• Prepare and notarize the Articles of Association and partner resolutions.


• Open Chamber of Commerce memberships for new companies.


• Reserve and approve trade names.


• Manage registrations and subscriptions on government e-platforms (GOSI, ZATCA, Qiwa, etc.).


• Resolve client challenges with government authorities and ensure timely processing.


• Provide regular reporting on team performance and case status.


• Train and develop team members on regulatory and procedural updates.


• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.

Sales & Business Development


• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.


• Develop and implement sales strategies.


• Identify new business opportunities and potential investors.


• Conduct online/offline meetings with clients to explain services and close deals.


• Ensure smooth client handover from sales to operations.


• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key partners.


• Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards for management.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in company formation, government liaison, and sales.


• Strong knowledge of commercial, labor, and investment regulations in Saudi Arabia.


• Proven leadership experience in managing teams (business setup + sales).


• Proficiency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).


• Hands-on experience with government portals (GOSI, ZATCA, Qiwa, etc.).


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
