Telesales Team Leader

Location:
Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking a Telesales Team Leader to manage and drive our telesales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a proven track record in call center management and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide coaching.
  • Develop telesales scripts and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategy.
  • Define and track team KPIs, ensuring achievement of individual and collective goals across daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Call Center Supervisor.
  • B2B experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Target-driven and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
