Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent based in Cairo. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, introducing 51Talk's services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support clients in understanding the benefits of the platform. Additional tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and participating in training sessions to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in customer service and customer support operations
  • Experience in sales and achieving business targets
  • Ability to participate in and apply knowledge gained from training programs
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
