Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales role located in Cairo. The Telesales professional will handle outbound and inbound sales calls, provide exceptional customer service, and build relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting products or services effectively, and achieving sales targets. In addition to calls, the role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and participating in sales training programs to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven Sales expertise and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in Training or a willingness to participate in development programs
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer-focused roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
