Location: Abbassya, Cairo, Egypt
Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Fixed shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Salary: EGP 10,000 + EGP 2,000 KPI Bonus
Transportation: Provided (meeting point system)
About the Role
Golf Global Outsourcing is seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives (DME Account) to join our growing team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting healthcare-related solutions, and driving successful sales outcomes through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telesales calls to qualified leads for the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) account.
Present company products and services clearly and professionally to clients.
Build rapport with clients and identify their needs effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to enhance performance and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (students in their final years may also apply).
Previous telesales or call center experience is an advantage.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a structured, target-oriented environment.
