Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, promoting services, and converting leads into customers. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining records of customer interactions, and participating in training sessions to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets and contribute to overall success will also be expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven ability in Sales and lead generation with a results-oriented mindset
  • Customer Support experience, including managing inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Eagerness to learn, with the ability to participate in and gain from Training programs
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or recruitment industry is highly advantageous
