Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for the position of Telesales Manager. As a Telesales Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of telesales agents, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, implementing training and development programs, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Collaboration with leadership to develop sales strategies and optimize operations will also be a core aspect of this role.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proven Team Management and Training experience to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in telesales or a similar role in customer experience or BPO is advantageous.
