Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Telesales Supervisor. The Telesales Supervisor will oversee and guide a team of telesales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing team leadership, ensuring a high level of customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and insights, as well as fostering a positive and productive team environment to drive success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with team members and customers effectively.
  • Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a telesales team towards achieving success.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
  • Previous experience in telesales or a customer service environment, along with familiarity with CRM systems, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
