Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Supervisor will oversee a team of telesales representatives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through effective team coordination and performance management. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. The supervisor will also handle escalations, ensure high-quality customer service, and report on team results to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with team members and clients
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
  • Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
