Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Technical Team Leader, located in Cairo. The Automotive Technical Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and technical support. Duties include managing the team's workflow, training and mentoring team members, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves developing and implementing process improvements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive technical support, team leadership, and customer service management
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring abilities
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using technology and software relevant to automotive technical support
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
