  • Lead and supervise the architectural technical office team to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Oversee quantity take-offs and track any design or site changes.
  • Coordinate with site and consultants to resolve technical conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in architectural technical office work (including at least 2 years in a leadership role).
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    Revit
    , and other shop drawing tools.
  • Strong background in large-scale residential or administrative projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and quality control skills.
