Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Office Architect Engineer to join our team. You will handle design coordination, drawings, and documentation for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities


• Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings


• Review architectural and structural drawings


• Handle quantity take-off and material submittals


• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams


• Follow up on project timelines and technical issues


• Ensure compliance with design and specifications

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering


• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office


• Understanding of construction details and finishing materials


• Ability to read and coordinate between disciplines


• Good communication and organizational skills
