Position Purpose:

The Business Manager / Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive strategic, operational and administrative support to the Chairman. This role requires exceptional organization, strong business acumen, high responsibility, as well as ability to manage multiple priorities across several active and diverse projects.

This position supports a diverse portfolio of ventures across, construction and real estate investment projects. The workload is highly varied, and the candidate must be comfortable managing a wide spectrum of responsibilities – from high level strategic work to administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will act as a executor to the Chairman Direction, ensuring effective execution and implementation of divers' business acumen. This role requires handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.


Key responsibilities:

· Monitor and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across departments and external partners.

· Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the processes are smooth and deadlines are met.

· Provide personal and professional administrative support to ensure companies' and Chairman's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

· Prepare, draft, and format a variety of business documents, reports, and presentations.

· Facilitate coordination across both business and personal commitments.

· Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, document organization and follow-up actions.

· Handle a diverse range of operational on-the-ground tasks when required (e.g., document collection, bookings of business meetings, events management, public affairs, personal tasks, etc.).

· Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chairman


Requirements:

Education and Specialization:

· Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, International Business, or Law.


Experience:

·Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior executive support, business manager, or operational role.

·Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, multi-venture environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Strong understanding of business operations, administration, and project management principles.

·Familiarity with the basic understanding of investment in real state field is a plus and business practices is essential.

·Advanced proficiency in MS Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and a high overall level of computer literacy.

·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.

·High attention to detail, exceptional reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

·Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a willingness to go above and beyond assigned duties.
