Job Summary
As a SME Sales Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the payment industry. This role is focused on identifying and acquiring clients in offline payment channels, such as retail outlets, to drive business growth. You will leverage your sales expertise to develop and implement effective strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and showcase the unique value proposition of our payment solutions. Additionally, you will actively engage in market research, contribute to product development based on customer feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through ongoing support.
Job Description
- Identify and target potential clients in the payment industry, focusing on Offline businesses, retail outlets, and related sectors.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
- Possess a deep understanding of our payment solutions and services.
- Articulate the unique value proposition of our products to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our payment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline, providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on merchants needs and market demands.
- Act as a trusted advisor to merchants, offering ongoing support and fostering long-term relationships.
- Address merchants inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the payment industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, financial technology, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
