Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Senior Sales Specialist
to join our team in Egypt office. As a
Senior Sales Specialist
, your primary responsibility will be to generate and close sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and foster lasting relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in representing our company's products/services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales presentations to potential clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and results
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Sales Experience:
    Proven track record in direct sales, sales management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Experience in/Familiarity with the glass industry or related field
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Ability to learn and use CRM software/tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic Skills:
    Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Organization:
    Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Teamwork:
    Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professionalism:
    Professional demeanor and good command of the English language
  • Other Requirements:
    Valid driver's license and ability to travel outside Cairo

Location and Working Hours:

The office is located in Cairo, Heliopolis. The job requires working outside the office for the majority of the time and may involve domestic travel. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
