Job description

This is a full-time role for a Senior sales specialist.The Senior Sales specialist will develop and implement sales strategies to drive company revenue growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and communicate results to senior management.

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in the sales Department for an E-commerce platform is a must
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and online customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Have Experience with seasonality for e-commerce platforms in Saudi Arabia
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
