Key Responsibilities
·
Lead Generation &
Market Research
:
Identify potential Partnerships and business protocols, and new business opportunities, prospective clients and exploring new areas for origination of SMEs business growth. Assist senior business development executives in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and growth strategies
·
Develop SMEs Programs:
Develop new programs with the alignment of business and risk to boost SMEs flow of clients, and ensure obtaining related regulatory approvals
·
Develop & Maintain Relations with Partnership Entities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, management of protocols deals execution & ensure sustainable business flow.
·
Support Business Team:
Provide internal support to business team with maintaining strong relations with internal stakeholders.
·
Data Analysis & MIS Reporting:
Analyze financial and market data to support decision-making and identify opportunities. Prepare detailed analysis of periodic reports related to SMEs Business lines
Required Skills & Qualifications
·
3-5 years of experience in Business development with good understanding of business principles, particularly for SMEs, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
·
The ability to analyze data, familiar with analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
·
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
·
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
