Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, conducting customer service tasks, and providing training to junior sales staff. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves directly interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and reach out to potential e-commerce clients in both Saudi and Egyptian markets.


• Present Tomato Agency's marketing services and solutions to prospective clients.


• Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing packages that fit their goals and budget.


• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing.


• Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction.


• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.


• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly performance reports.


• Keep up to date with Saudi and Egyptian market trends and competitors' activities.


• Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and deal progress.


• Coordinate and communicate with teams using Trello, ClickUp, or Slack.

Requirements:


• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales within a marketing agency, e-commerce platform, or digital services company.


• Proven experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the e-commerce industry.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.


• Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern project management tools.
