Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Recruitment Specialist. The specialist will manage various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new hires. The role is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and involves maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Training
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
