Company Description

Yomn is a new breed of consultancy dedicated to social impact, economic development, and innovation. Our ultimate goal is improving people's lives - including but not limited to health, climate change, education, women's empowerment, sustainable tourism, arts & culture, etc. With two offices located in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, we engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations. We help these clients understand what their stakeholders' social needs are and execute effective initiatives that address those.

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist (5–7 years of experience) to support our HR Director and contribute to our talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • This role will focus primarily on recruitment, managing the full hiring cycle from job posting to onboarding, while also supporting HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance tasks.
  • The ideal candidate is motivated, people-oriented, and skilled at identifying top talent that aligns with our culture and mission.
  • You are excited to work in a startup (you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments) and are motivated by Yomn's mission to improve people's and communities' lives through innovation and impact.
  • You will report to the HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)


•
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers


•
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and build a steady talent pipeline


•
Recruit and manage hiring processes for candidates, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations


•
Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership review

HR Operations & Support (30%)


•
Assist the HR Director in day-to-day HR administration, compliance, and documentation


•
Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback processes, and internal communication


•
Help maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee records, and HR systems


•
Contribute to projects related to performance management, training, and organizational development

Other (10%)


•
Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure new employees are well integrated


•
Coordinate standard off-boarding: exit checklist, asset collection, access removal, and basic exit interview
