Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring qualified candidates. Daily tasks include job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicant qualifications, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, prepare recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Experience in HR strategy, employee development, and organizational culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant HR certification is a plus
  • Proven track record in successful recruiting and personnel management
