Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in New Cairo. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The recruiter will also assist in managing candidate pipelines, recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational hiring goals.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Interviewing and screening expertise to identify top talent aligning with company needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Egypt's labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have experience hiring
    blue collars (Deliveries - Security, etc..)
