Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles across multiple projects and clients — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and projects.
  • Source qualified candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support mass hiring and technical recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 years of recruitment experience
    , preferably in

    technical recruitment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    ,
    Microsoft Excel

    MS Office
    tools.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
