As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our UK-based operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

This role is fully remote, but the recruiter must be based in Egypt and comfortable working with UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions in the UK.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using diverse recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews in English to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and UK employment standards.

Requirements:

A

  • proven experience in recruitment (preferably for UK or international roles).
  • Fluent English (C1 or C2 level) – both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies at once.
  • Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across time zones.
