Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Cairo. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates to meet client requirements across various industries, including trade, technical, administrative, and healthcare. Daily tasks include candidate screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining the candidate database, managing communication with clients, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, candidate relationship management, and CV screening techniques
  • Experience with interview coordination, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and software applications
  • Proficient organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment trends and practices in Gulf countries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
