We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire Call Center Agents based in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting high-performing customer service professionals who are fluent in English, proactive, and goal-oriented.
This is a remote position, but you must have the local insight, network, and experience to effectively source and engage talent within Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified call center agents located in Egypt.
Use multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication skills, professionalism, and English fluency.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all applicants.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' English proficiency and customer service aptitude.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for remote or international teams.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
