Senior HR Recruitment Specialist (Egypt-based)
to drive world-class talent acquisition and support the rapid growth of our teams across KSA, Egypt, and the wider region.
This is a critical role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, understands the complexity of fintech talent markets, and can build strong recruitment pipelines for technical, product, and commercial roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and leadership roles across Fintech, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance.
- Develop a recruitment strategy tailored to ARIB's scale-up roadmap and aggressive growth needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines specifically within
fintech
, digital banking, payment solutions, and financial services sectors. - Implement structured evaluation frameworks, assessments, and competency-based interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job scopes, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
- Lead employer branding and market mapping initiatives across Egypt and the GCC.
- Optimize HR processes including onboarding, role clarity, performance documentation, and compliance readiness.
- Maintain accurate HR and recruitment documentation with high confidentiality.
- Ensure alignment with KSA and Egyptian labor practices for cross-border employment structures.
- Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and operational excellence across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR and recruitment experience
, with
proven experience hiring for fintech, digital payments, neobanks, or financial technology companies — this is mandatory. - Strong track record recruiting for technical, product, compliance, data, and commercial roles.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition frameworks, and regional labor regulations.
- Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth tech organizations with cross-border teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment where urgency and precision are essential.
