About the Role

We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with
1–2 years of experience in recruitment
, including
mass hiring
, to support and enhance our
end-to-end hiring process
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
sourcing, screening, interviewing
, and selecting top talent while ensuring an efficient and
candidate-friendly recruitment experience
. You will work closely with the
HR team
and
hiring managers
to meet organizational hiring needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing

  • Use
    job boards
    ,
    LinkedIn
    , social media, and professional networks to attract qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain strong
    talent pipelines
    for recurring and
    high-volume positions
    .
  • Apply advanced
    sourcing strategies
    such as
    Boolean search
    .


• Resume Screening

  • Review
    CVs
    and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Shortlist candidates
    based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.


• Interviews & Coordination

  • Conduct
    phone screenings
    and
    structured interviews
    .
  • Coordinate
    interviews with hiring managers
    and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Manage
    interview schedules
    effectively during
    mass hiring campaigns
    .


• Candidate Assessment

  • Administer and evaluate
    skills assessments
    and tests.
  • Ensure assessment results are accurately recorded and communicated.


• Job Offer Process

  • Assist in preparing
    offer letters
    and coordinating
    compensation discussions
    .
  • Support the
    pre-onboarding
    workflow.


• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key
    recruitment KPIs
    such as
    time-to-fill
    ,
    sourcing effectiveness
    , and
    conversion rates
    .
  • Analyze data to improve
    hiring efficiency
    , especially for
    mass hiring
    .


• Employer Branding

  • Create engaging
    job posts
    to attract top talent.
  • Support
    employer branding initiatives
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
    , including
    mass hiring
    .
  • Experience in
    sourcing
    ,
    screening
    ,
    interviewing
    , and
    full-cycle recruitment
    .
  • Strong
    communication
    ,
    interpersonal
    , and
    stakeholder-management
    skills.
  • Ability to manage
    multiple vacancies
    in a
    fast-paced environment
    .
  • Proficiency with
    HR software
    .
  • Strong
    organizational skills
    and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of
