About the Role
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with
1–2 years of experience in recruitment
, including
mass hiring
, to support and enhance our
end-to-end hiring process
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
sourcing, screening, interviewing
, and selecting top talent while ensuring an efficient and
candidate-friendly recruitment experience
. You will work closely with the
HR team
and
hiring managers
to meet organizational hiring needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing
- Use
job boards
,
LinkedIn
, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified talent. - Build and maintain strong
talent pipelines
for recurring and
high-volume positions
. - Apply advanced
sourcing strategies
such as
Boolean search
.
• Resume Screening
- Review
CVs
and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Shortlist candidates
based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interviews & Coordination
- Conduct
phone screenings
and
structured interviews
. - Coordinate
interviews with hiring managers
and provide timely follow-ups. - Manage
interview schedules
effectively during
mass hiring campaigns
.
• Candidate Assessment
- Administer and evaluate
skills assessments
and tests. - Ensure assessment results are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Job Offer Process
- Assist in preparing
offer letters
and coordinating
compensation discussions
. - Support the
pre-onboarding
workflow.
• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report key
recruitment KPIs
such as
time-to-fill
,
sourcing effectiveness
, and
conversion rates
. - Analyze data to improve
hiring efficiency
, especially for
mass hiring
.
• Employer Branding
- Create engaging
job posts
to attract top talent. - Support
employer branding initiatives
.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or related field. - 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
, including
mass hiring
. - Experience in
sourcing
,
screening
,
interviewing
, and
full-cycle recruitment
. - Strong
communication
,
interpersonal
, and
stakeholder-management
skills. - Ability to manage
multiple vacancies
in a
fast-paced environment
. - Proficiency with
HR software
. - Strong
organizational skills
and attention to detail. - Understanding of
employment laws
and
compliance
. - High level of
professionalism

confidentiality

integrity

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
high-volume

fast-paced recruitment
. - Knowledge of
