What You'll Do

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will:

-Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and selection.

-Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles.

-Manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar positions while also covering white-collar roles.

-Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure both skill and cultural fit.

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline using multiple sourcing channels.

-Coordinate with external recruitment vendors, job boards, and agencies when required.

-Track, report, and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

-Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Your Profile

- (3–5) years of proven recruitment experience in both blue- and white-collar roles (majority in blue-collar).

-Strong background in the food industry or manufacturing sector is a must.

-Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume hiring needs.

-Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

-Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
