Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in nasr city, Egypt, is for a Senior Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment initiatives, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. Providing training and onboarding to new hires, while promoting a positive and effective recruitment process, will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • 8-10 years of experience in recruitment is a must
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and candidates
  • Experience in developing and conducting Training programs for new hires
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment within the healthcare or related industry is a plus
