A reputable agency is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth by identifying opportunities and generating qualified B2B leads for the management team to convert. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and opening doors to U.S. businesses.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads.
- Book discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Track engagement and lead quality via HubSpot CRM.
- What We're Looking For2–4 years in business development, lead generation, or partnerships.
- Proven success generating qualified B2B leads and securing meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a remote-first environment.
- Experience with U.S. clients; understanding of U.S. business dynamics.
- Availability to work EST business hours.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or trades is a plus.
