Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and gathering relevant business intelligence. The role includes analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the Specialist will interact with clients to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities and potential partnerships.

2-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

3-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business prospects.

4-Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions.

5-Prepare reports and forecasts to support management in decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (educational background in business or education sector preferred).

2-Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the education, training, or service industry.

3-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

5-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
