Position Overview:

This is a full-time, hybrid position for a
Business Development Specialist
. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and representing the company at industry events.
Experience working in a marketing agency is essential.
The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand the agency's reach and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven experience working in marketing agencies is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client-facing abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and digital marketing solutions is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
