Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center & Sales Agent located in Giza. The Call Center & Sales Agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales calls, and closing sales deals. They will also be expected to provide accurate information about products and services, assist customers with any issues they may have, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Ongoing training and professional development will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and make outbound sales calls.
  • Provide clear and detailed information about products or services.
  • Manage objections and close effective sales.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Meet sales targets established by the company.
  • Maintain constant communication with other departments to resolve questions or issues.
  • Offer high-quality customer service and post-sale follow-up.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Report daily results and activities to supervisors.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes.
