  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
  • Provide information about property listings, promotions, and company services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry (a plus, but not required – we will train you).
  • Proficient in using phone systems and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
