Job purpose:

To plan, organize, and manage domestic meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions within Egypt. The role focuses on delivering high-quality corporate events and travel experiences that meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from corporate clients for domestic MICE programs (incentives, meetings, conferences, retreats, etc.).
  • Understand client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and present suitable destination and venue options across Egypt (e.g., Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria).
  • Coordinate with hotels, venues, DMCs, transportation companies, and activity providers.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers for accommodation, venues, F&B, and event logistics.
  • Prepare detailed event itineraries, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee event execution on-site when required, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate clients and domestic event opportunities.
  • Participate in sales calls, presentations, and trade shows to promote MICE services.
  • Support management in achieving revenue targets for domestic MICE.
  • Handle booking confirmations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and supplier documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local travel guidelines.
  • Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in MICE, event management, or corporate travel (domestic focus preferred).
  • Knowledge of Egyptian destinations, event venues, and travel logistics.
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
